Yamaha Satin Finish Trumpet
with Brushed Finish Inner-bell

This is a Yamaha satin-finish trumpet with brushed finish inner-bell!  It has just been serviced and is ready for band, ready to play. 

The servicing includes: complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of all parts, replacement of valve pads and slide corks as needed, re-assembly and alignment of slides, shining or polishing (if silver) and playing - a complete service.  For the exterior finish, this one had the lacquer removed, a satin finish applied to most of the horn, shined up the slides and approximately 6 inches of the bell.  And, the inner-bell was brushed finished to provide a unique effect.

The trumpet plays great!  Removing the lacquer seems to bring out the great tonal qualities of these trumpets.
